School Board Member Valerie Cuevas will speak to the West County Forum as a candidate discussing her passion for education and her desire to improve education for all students in West Contra Costa. She will be discussing the forensic audit and the bond program, possibly why some school sites will be rebuilt and others may not, and are the schools improving.
